Where your Curanim practice begins | Level 1

This class introduces the essential principles of the Curanim Pilates Method. Through breath-led movement and clear instruction, you will develop core strength, alignment awareness, and confidence on the reformer.
The pace is supportive and intentional, allowing space to understand the foundations that support a strong and sustainable practice.
Ideal for
New clients, returning clients, and anyone refining the fundamentals.

Essential Vitality
Our signature reformer practice | Level 1–2
This class sits at the heart of the Curanim method. Through breath-led movement and thoughtfully layered progressions, you will build strength, balance, and endurance while refining alignment and control.
Expect a mindful but steady flow that challenges the whole body while maintaining clarity and precision. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to your body.
Ideal for
Clients who have completed 2–4 Foundational Vitality classes and are ready to deepen their practice.

Empowered Vitality
Strength and Endurance | Level 2
A dynamic reformer class designed to challenge strength, coordination, and endurance while maintaining the precision of the Pilates method.
Sequences build with intention, encouraging deeper muscular engagement and greater control throughout the body.
Ideal for
Experienced clients with a strong understanding of the reformer and Pilates fundamentals.
Because the choreography is more complex, clients should feel comfortable bearing full weight on the wrists and feet (such as in plank positions).

Dynamic Vitality
Low-Impact Cardio | Strength & Coordination | Level 2
Dynamic Vitality brings an energizing, low-impact cardiovascular element to the reformer. Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll perform controlled jumping and landing movements while lying on the reformer, allowing the springs to absorb impact while your body builds strength and endurance.
This dynamic class strengthens the legs and glutes, supports bone health, and challenges deep core stability as the body maintains alignment through each jump. The rhythmic nature of the work also improves coordination, balance, and cardiovascular capacity.
The rhythmic nature of jumping also stimulates the nervous system, often leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and energized long after class ends.
Ideal for
Clients who enjoy a more energetic pace and want to add a cardiovascular element to their practice.

Restorative Vitality
Stretch and Restore | All Levels
A slower-paced, breath-led session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.
Through gentle movement, stretching, and myofascial release techniques, the body is encouraged to soften, open, and rebalance.
You will leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and deeply restored.
Ideal for
All levels and anyone seeking recovery, mobility, and ease in the body.
