This experience allows you to take classes regularly, most clients attend 2-3 classes a week to build familiarity with the reformer, and begin developing strength and body awareness.

Ideal for new clients who want to establish a steady Pilates rhythm.

During your first month at Curanim, you will begin to develop a deeper awareness of your posture, breath, and movement patterns.
