Explore Our Classes

  • Ideal for those new to Pilates, rehabbing an injury, or anyone looking to strengthen their base. This class is designed to build core strength, enhance postural stability, and increase body awareness through controlled, precise movements. You'll develop a solid understanding of Pilates principles, laying the groundwork for a deeper, more advanced practice.

  • Welcome to our Signature class, the cornerstone of your Embodied Pilates journey. In this class we prioritize breath, balance, strength, and endurance through a mindful but consistently paced class. In this class your practice will aim to improve functional body mechanics; including, core strength, spinal stability and mobility, postural alignment, as well as challenge your body in all planes of movement. You’ll build a stronger relationship with your body while being guided to tune into specific muscular sensations and your breath. You'll leave feeling taller, stronger and more energized! Suitable for:

    •  New clients who have taken 2-5 FOUNDATIONAL VITALITY classes

    •  Prenatal clients up until 16 weeks

  • This class is athletic, creative, and will leave you feeling a deeper connection to your body. Sequences build in intensity and challenge your endurance, providing a true slow burn. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that build strength, improve coordination, and enhance balance.

    Suitable for:

    • Intermediate clients. We suggest 5-10 Essential Vitality classes prior to joining. More importantly have a strong grasp of the the equipment.

    Not Suitable for:

    • Prenatal clients who are new to our studio or current clients past 1st trimester (13 weeks).

    • Clients with injuries that limit weight-bearing exercises on wrists or knees, or balance issues.

  • Build control and power in this dynamic, low-impact, high-energy class. We incorporate low-impact cardio intervals using the jumpboard to keep your heart rate up while continuously challenging your entire body. This class is designed for those who love to move and feel that core-focused endorphin rush!

    Suitable for:

    • All levels

    • Prenatal clients up until 16 weeks

  • Connect and release every muscle, improve range of motion, and ease tension in the body and mind. This class is ideal for participants looking to move mindfully, increase mobility, and decrease tension throughout the body. We may use props such as rollers for myofacial release and balls for a deep myofascial release. Decrease your risk of injuries, help your joints move through their full range of motion, and increase muscle blood flow for long-term overall health. You will leave this class feeling open, with less tension, and moving with ease with some sneaky core work incorporated as well.

    • All levels
