Why Pilates
My journey to Pilates began as a way to heal my relationship with my body and shift away from movement driven by appearance. Classical Pilates offered a practice rooted in health, strength, and longevity—one that supports the mind and soul as much as the body. I completed my Pilates education through the Balanced Body Certification program and am passionate about sharing this practice with others.
