Why Pilates
I discovered Pilates after becoming a mother, during a time when I needed to reconnect with my body in a new way. Before that, movement was about pushing hard and escaping my mind. Pilates taught me how to slow down, listen, and move with intention. I began teaching in 2011 and was drawn to a more holistic approach—one that honors breath, nervous system regulation, and sustainable strength. I was certified in Pilates through Pilates Sports Center, extended pre/post natal education from Pregnancy Pilates Impact with Alison Marsh.
Teaching Style
Breath-led, slow, and intentional—moving to the point of quivering so you can truly feel and connect to your body.
Favorite Pilates Exercise
Pelvic Tilt & Articulating Bridge — grounding, fullbodied and and it allows you to move so beautifully with the breath.
Fun Fact
I’m deeply obsessed with interior design.
